Through a VIP experience, they granted exclusive access to existing patients through a password-protected website. Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic approached us with a vision to reshape their holiday event strategy. While specific sales figures remain confidential, the aim was clear: run a wicked sale that showed our appreciation to the community while increasing sales and engagement.
In partnership with the clinic, we conceived a 10-day VIP appreciation event, granting exclusive access to existing patients through a password-protected website. Through this, we hoped to show appreciation for the continuous support from the community.
Since it was the season of giving, Lakeshore Vein wanted to make sure that they were giving back to the community, so a percentage of event sales went to a local charity. This initiative not only aligned with the clinic’s values but also contributed to a positive brand image.
Our partnership involved developing and integrating Shopify for online sales. Utilizing Mailchimp, we created newsletters that showcased the clinic’s vision and kept patients informed about event details and exclusive offerings.

Through targeted texting campaigns to a tailored patient database, we ensured each and every patient received a personalized appreciation message and an invitation to participate.
