Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Methods
Csek Creative accepts the following payment methods:
● Cheques
● Credit cards (processed via Stripe)
● Bank transfers
● Wire transfers
● E-transfers
2. Payment Terms
● Payment structures vary based on project scope and will be outlined in the client agreement. However, a minimum deposit of 25% is typically required before work begins.
● Late payments may be subject to a 2% interest charge. Accounts overdue by 90+ days with no reasonable effort made to settle the balance may be sent to collections.
● Refunds are only provided for work that has not yet been completed.
● Payments are processed in CAD or USD. Additional fees may apply for USD transactions; please request a custom estimate for details.
3. Payment Processing
● All credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe.
● A 2.75% credit card fee applies to cover processing costs.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
● Refunds are only available if work has not yet commenced.
● Any requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted before work begins and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Dispute Resolution
● Payment disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If no resolution is found, disputes may escalate to the appropriate local jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property
● Upon full payment, clients gain ownership of the final deliverables. However, Csek Creative retains ownership of all source files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Governing Law
● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
8. Limitation of Liability
● Csek Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from payment processing, service delivery, or any other financial transactions related to our services.
● Clients acknowledge that any disputes or issues arising from payments must follow the dispute resolution process outlined above.
